What to do when getting paired up with bad people

IDK what to do anymore. Every game seems like team feeds, gg, I tried my best. This has been going on for a while now and it has gone to the point where I start hitting my keyboard and head. I feel like I get paired with the worst people ever. The only time I win is when a play with friends. I play a lot of normals because im afraid ill get paired up with feeders and trolls. I know people have bad games and that I should remember that I feed sometimes too, but im losing my patience every game I play. Pls give some advice, I'm tired of seeing red on my match history page.

There is a 50% chance the enemy team will have feeders/trolls. There is less of a chance of that happening to your team if you aren't terrible yourself. The odds are in your favor bro if you are better than the players you face at your MMR, you will win more games. It's math.

When it's almost every game sometimes I think it's much higher than 50%.

I think you are agreeing with me but in case you are not.

Each team has 5 players. There is a 50% chance for each of those 10 players to be a troll. If you are not a troll yourself, this means at the very most your team could have 4 trolls whereas the the other team could have 5.

You can replace the word troll with feeder or bad player and get the same answer.

I litterally just had a match with 3 trolls, and no exxageration either....3 of THEM. One even announced he was going to troll in pregame chat. One of them was a known troll from the last 2 years...why is riot not banning these people???

Your last two builds (in your last two games) look like a troll as well. Looks like you go static shiv first item when you adc. Sup brew? One game you played as Teemo and went 0/0/0 in a 32 minute game where some of the enemy team didnt buy anything but starter items and two people had ancient coins.

Also I quickly looked at your runes and mysteries and I gotta ask. What in the actual hell? Here is the runes you use on your ADCs frequently. Like one of each kind in every slot lol. I maybe a bronze scrub so don't take my word for it but I have come to the conclusion that you do not have a clue what is going on.
