What to do when getting paired up with bad people

IDK what to do anymore. Every game seems like team feeds, gg, I tried my best. This has been going on for a while now and it has gone to the point where I start hitting my keyboard and head. I feel like I get paired with the worst people ever. The only time I win is when a play with friends. I play a lot of normals because im afraid ill get paired up with feeders and trolls. I know people have bad games and that I should remember that I feed sometimes too, but im losing my patience every game I play. Pls give some advice, I'm tired of seeing red on my match history page.

There is a 50% chance the enemy team will have feeders/trolls. There is less of a chance of that happening to your team if you aren't terrible yourself. The odds are in your favor bro if you are better than the players you face at your MMR, you will win more games. It's math.
