How to carry a game when 2 other lanes are losing?

Hello guys. My background would be an ex-gold who ended up in Silver II after provisional(6-4). Im having trouble winning at rank because of other lanes losing, thus feeding the other enemy. I main ADC, specifically **Kalista** and **Sivir**. Ive lost 5-8 streak at rank because of the said problem. Is there any possibility that I could do to carry a game as Kalista/Sivir? I always try and_ push_ the enemy tower, out farm the enemy adc, and also maintain a good KDA. (I hate dying as an ADC). After pushing the enemy tower, my support and I will head towards mid to help the mid laner out, but top keeps getting wrecked(vice versa). Help out, give tips, try to solve the problem before it becomes a problem, and consider letting your support roam if you can handle the lane yourself.

You don't.

Either surrender or hold out till late game. I personally prefer to surrender.

Silver and low gold is hard to play AD, its a hit or miss because of your dependence of how well your support does. You try playing a Solo lane or jungle to snowball off. Leblanc Hecarim are some easy champions to win the game.

Do your best not to give up kills, especially to the already fed enemy champions, group with your team early to defend and hope the enemy team makes a bad decision. That's the most you can do really.
