How to carry a game when 2 other lanes are losing?

Hello guys. My background would be an ex-gold who ended up in Silver II after provisional(6-4). Im having trouble winning at rank because of other lanes losing, thus feeding the other enemy. I main ADC, specifically **Kalista** and **Sivir**. Ive lost 5-8 streak at rank because of the said problem. Is there any possibility that I could do to carry a game as Kalista/Sivir? I always try and_ push_ the enemy tower, out farm the enemy adc, and also maintain a good KDA. (I hate dying as an ADC). After pushing the enemy tower, my support and I will head towards mid to help the mid laner out, but top keeps getting wrecked(vice versa). Thanks for your help. :D By the way, should I get a duo partner or something? (Solo queue)

Help out, give tips, try to solve the problem before it becomes a problem, and consider letting your support roam if you can handle the lane yourself.

Players I often meet doesnt want to be bossed around even though theyre 0/3/0 at 6 minutes... (Usually mid lane). There are also times when I lose at picks and bans. (Team comp: Top: Malphite Jungle: Rengar Mid: Twisted Fate ADC: Kalista Support: Shaco(with smite..) Elo hell, I guess? Although, Ill try your advice about letting my support roam. Seems like a great idea! I think Ill do that when I play rank later. Thanks for the help!

There's a difference, and it lies on tact. As long as you do your part, you're more likely to influence your teammates. Do what you can, and even if they don't listen, know that you tried.

Players at the lower elo seems to be quite proud, though I`ll still try and convince them if I can. :D

You don't.

Either surrender or hold out till late game. I personally prefer to surrender.

Surrendering till the end would only lead to being demoted.. :( Holding out till late game is a bit hard. Possible, but hard... Cries in Spanish

Silver and low gold is hard to play AD, its a hit or miss because of your dependence of how well your support does. You try playing a Solo lane or jungle to snowball off. Leblanc Hecarim are some easy champions to win the game.

Come to think of it, Kalista is too support dependent!
I was able to win a game with Vayne before, but I solo split pushed to victory. (Leaving my team behind). Cant do it with Kalista though... I played as mid Leblanc, managed to go 18/1/17 but my team still lost... (I defended a 3 man mid push, splitpushing Jinx owned my team mates hard even though Jinx was 4/7/10). I was so frustrated about this game.. :( Today I tried playing jungle Sejuani, and it worked out well!~ :D *Was able to help bot lane since adc was feeding.... Im really grateful that my top and mid laner knew what they were doing!* I guess you were right concerning the Jungler... The influence of the jungler is really strong. :) Thanks for the advice, friend!

Do your best not to give up kills, especially to the already fed enemy champions, group with your team early to defend and hope the enemy team makes a bad decision. That's the most you can do really.

Yup! I hate having a bad kda, so I always play safely since Im the Ad carry and the team relies on my DPS. I had a situation once where it was hard to stay alive towards the fed enemy.. :( (9/0/1 Fiora and I was a 4/1/2 Kalista... Fioras ult just! Oh, my health bar! >.< ) I guess finding opportunities, like you said, is the best option.. :( Thanks for the advice. :)
