How the hell do you use this Champion? I played him once on ARAM and I don't even know how to use him. Can his W actually swallow enemy champions? The description says it can only do enemy minions, monsters, or allied champions.

You didn't read closely. You have to get 3 stacks of your passive on enemy champs before you can eat them.

You need to apply 3 stacks of his passive.
