Rune Pages?
What are two standard rune pages that I should have? I plan on buying more when I have the money to spend on them and buying more runes, but until then...

1 AP page: 3 AP quints 9 MPen reds 9 flat armor yellows 9 flat MR blues
1 AD page: 3 AD quints 9 AD reds 9 flat armor yellows 9 flat MR blues
been working on a new account and these 2 pages are enough to play any role. just keep it really simple. attack speed quints don't benefit as many champions as flat AD quints.
no, definitely get AD quints if anything.
Standard AP Page: 3 AP quints 9 Magic Penetration Marks 9 Scaling Armor Seals 9 Scaling Ability Power Glyphs OR 9 Scaling MR Glyphs
Standard AD Page 3 Attack Damage Quints OR 3 Attack Speed Marks (only good if you don't play bursty ADs) 9 Attack Damage Marks 9 Scaling Armor Seals 9 Scaling MR Glyphs
I personally find myself playing all AD champs, so I usually use the following:
early power curve bruisers: (outside the jungle) 3 AD quints 9 AD marks 6 CDR glyphs 3 MR glyphs 4 Armor seals 5 HP seals
Anything else (outside the jungle) 3 AD quins 9 AD marks 9 MR glyphs 9 Armor seals
Phreak the LCS caster/analyst did a video on if you have a limited number of rune pages. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjTkqqx1kqs
These are the most used rune pages from worlds for each role. Depending on whether you plan on highlighting an AP oriented page or AD rune page, I suggest you look at this.
If you want very general, standard pages: Q - AP M - Hybrid Pen (or magic pen) S - Flat Armor G - Flat MR
Q - Attack Damage M - Attack Damage S - Flat Armor G - Flat MR
Personally, I like using 1 armor quint and 2 offensive quints, which lets me take scaling armor seals without issue.
