Is tear on ez really that strong? I mean if you buy it late you probably wont be able to stack it if you buy it early youll have no damage. I usually go tri first then botrk then lw then ie and then get ga. Ive never done the tear build i mean itll make me have no damage early so idk how strong that really is

tear only if your fed and ahead. Don't get gauntlet if you have trinity force (obviously).

Usually you don't need it in conjunction with trinity force since you don't get enough mana to make muramana all that gud for long fights
Muramana gives your auto's and Q's a TON of extra damage, also it builds from pickaxe so it's actually not that weak while you get it stacking.
The reason people rush a Tear is because it's a stacking item. You get the most benefit from stacking items the sooner you get them, which is the reason why

get picked up first on a lot of champions. When 
had stacks, it was also a rushed item.
