What's your longest streak?

Hey all.

what's the longest win/losing streak you've ever been on? What do you think the reason for it was? If it was a losing streak how did you start winning again?

I'm currently on a 11 game losing streak over a pan of three days. It's quite the anticlimactic ride. =(

I won 6, lost one, then won 9. That's probably my highest streak. lé 9

(In ranked, that is.. I've never really monitored normal games but I win most.)

I think the longest win streak I had was 10 games with fiddlesticks at the end of season 3. Also it's hard to not think about that glaringly red match history on your profile hahah. =)

Tip and/or Trick: Don't worry about it.

No really, don't worry about it. That's the best thing you can do. The appearance of win/loss streaks are widely demonstrated to be errors in perception most of the time. The only danger is if you end up getting down about it; Being blue about your performance and thinking that you are stuck in a losing streak could make you feel worse and lower your level of play to continue the losing streak.

So don't worry, take a break if you need to, and most importantly, be sure to have some fun in your games. That's what we are here for, right?

This one time in the summer I graduated from High School my younger sibling and myself went out to Lunch. The night before there was a massive thunder storm, so by mid afternoon the ground is still wet. Though appeared to be more dry to me at a fast glance then on that summer day.

So, we have returned home from lunch and decide to race into the house. The height between is no factor in the speed. However, the chance and luck with the most efficient path to the front door first is the most sound decision made on this day. I am to this very day the living proof that Short cuts are not always short cuts owning the fastest route to victory. I win this race if the ground is far from wet by being dry straight for a 5 to 7 days straight.

But, with the rain from the night before and there being a worn path of a short cut, ... Yup!... I am trying in the middle of the race to defeat and conquer the Mud path, but no way for me! The only way for me is down, on the ground instantly sliding across the ground not quite my best one leg under me slide "Safe at Home Plate" with no room for breaks!! Surely the long scratch from the pavement and the scar I own to this day are reminders in how the most wise is never 100% fully owned only by adults or those older in times of certain experiences.

I did giggle in creating this post. Sure, I was in pain though not crying. We were both laughing then, and I am always happy to make people smile. Most of the time even at my own expense, though this usually depends on the company sharing int he experience with me. From: FuryofThornsRedo

Just had a 19 game losing streak leading up into my intro games for ranked and finally broke it by winning the last placement game.

It was terrible. The only reason I started winning was because I stopped being matched with feeders and just bad team players overall and more with people who wanted to work together. Pray to Rito for a team like that more often and your losing streak may come to an end :)

I had an 11 or 12 losing streak in Ranked about a month or so ago as well. I dropped from Plat III to Plat V. I just quit playing for a week or so because of frustration, and now take a more relaxed approach to the game in general.

I was playing with friends over the weekend a few weeks ago and we went on an ~20 game losing streak. They were SUPER on tilt and when that happens to me i play aram, but they wanted to continue and kept just getting mader at every mistake they made to the point where they were chasing kills and wouldn't attack turrets unless the enemy was aced. My MMR dipped so low it was painful to play for several days until i had it more or less recovered.

NO idea, but a year ago I had an 11 win streak on ahri. It's not my longest "win" streak because I lost games in between my ahri games as other champions.

Longest winning streak was like 7 wins and that was ranked. I played 1 game a day and won each one. Never got myself promoted out of Silver IV though.. then a month later I was demoted to Silver V for losing 3 games whilst at 0 LP.

Then my longest losing streak was 12 games. That was during Doombots of Doom.

uhh on my smurf i can't play normals right now cause ques times are like 20 minutes + cause i'm 19/0 with ryze with all the other champions i played. On my main I hit diamond 4 the other day and i lost 5 in a row after getting it, then i won 2 and lost 2 and got demoted So at that point i took a break and went to sleep. Woke up next day and kept playing got diamond 4 again and went on big win streak, and now im diamond 4 100 lp with 1 game won in promos. Just got to forget what had happened, and play the champions you feel like you can win with.

The losing streaks are more memorable to me, and the winning streaks come after placements, so it was several months ago. In my most recent losing streak I lost approximately 20 games, dropping me from Plat 4 to Plat 5 with 0 LP (staying and still losing with that 0 LP for quite a while). Eventually I won a game around Gold 3 ELO, and I've gone back to climbing since then.

The losing streak started because I was fooling around a bit. For example, I played reworked Ashe for the first time in ranked with the encouragement of my teammates, even though I have a rule not to play new/reworked champions for the first time in ranked. XD There were a few 4v5's, but not many. Then, I had a break from playing while doing stuff IRL. When I came back, I was rusty at the game. By the time I played around Gold 3 ELO I had some more practice, and I've been keeping it up.
