From Bronze V to Plat V to Stripped of Rewards in 1 single season

I was placed into silver 1 Season 4 and was trolled to Bronze V over the course of 2 months. I quit for a while and when I came back I grinded hardcore out of Bronze to Silver to Gold in 1 month. Afterwards I stagnated and became stuck in Gold 3 ELO hell, but eventually I cut to Platinum, one month before season end. And as soon as the season rewarded me briefly, I had all my Platinum rewards stripped from me due to Riots new policy against toxic players. Disregarding all my hard work and achieving the seemingly impossible goal of many Bronze players. The moral of the story? You cannot open your mouth in game without someone reporting you. Disconnects will get you banned now for 2 weeks especially if you have a rep like mine. So lesson of all this TL;DR: Don't talk at all unless you have something nice to say. Your season rewards will be gone like mine.
