First of all, i'm pretty sure that this would be considered boosting which is against the TOS(if im not mistaken).

Secondly, there really is no such thing as ELO hell. People lose some games and win others. If you want to leave your division, get better than everyone else there. Be the leader of your team. Call out when to drag/baron/take towers.

And most of all, if you want to leave wherever you are, play champs that can carry or can do alot for a team.

Only if they gave you their account, THEN it's boosting.

No if someone that diamond plays on a silver smurf to duo with a bronze or silver player that is boosting to

No, you can play on smurfs if you are a higher level, but only if your smurf was legitimately placed in that division. So if they were a diamond, and say lost their placements on purpose then they shouldn't be doing that as it's against the TOS.

A streamer smurf got banned cause he was Diamond 1 on his main and he was doing a bronze to diamond on his smurf and was duoing with his friend that was a silver 3. Why do u think u can not duo with someone 1 rank under your rank. This is how it work if your diamond u can only duo with plat or higher so going on a smurf to duo with a person who under plat is not allowed anymore

Again, they can as long as they are legitimately placed in that rank. He obviously wasn't which is why he was banned, because it's easy for them to be placed in a much lower bracket cause they just feed and don't try at all. However if you're stats are normal and you are still placed in a lower bracket then what you should be, only then is it alright. Riot has said so themselves.

Plus, on those streams, a lot of them aren't very bright. They'll tell you things like they tanked their placements, they are using someone elses account, ect so it's easy for them to get caught.
