I am not hot shit or anything like that but, I want to know how to play with "smarter" players. I play a lot of support and heavy CC champions, like Naut 
, and a lot of people seem to focus the wrong person or run from team fights. How do I play with people who know how to play the game at a higher degree? What affects who i play with, players who are great to those who aren't as great?

A polite suggestion of "hey team, let's all try to focus Katarina and Jinx first in the next teamfight" tends to work far better than "/all OMG can't carry these terribad n00bz". Also, don't forget that sometimes it's not that you or your teammates are playing badly, but that your opponents are playing exceptionally well. You're justified in complaining when your teammates focus the tank in teamfights, but sometimes the enemy carries are smart enough to hang in the backline while the tanks engage and soak up damage, and there's no opportunity for your team to assassinate the threats. It's not your team's fault that the other team is made up of more skilled, better coordinated players.
Hail UwU1 votesFocus is a big problem. I have fought enemy teams that have great synergy and that's just scary. But the fact that a lot of players run through jungle late game and get caught out by the enemy team doesn't seem smart to me. I do my best to lock down their carry and most of the time it works. I play a lot of solo queue and that's what people tell me to expect. I would just like to play with people with common sense. Like building Mr against a heavy AP team.

Hail UwU1 votesOh yes. Some people don't know how to focus though so they attack the closest person to them. Typically a support or tank is who people focus. Like a shyvana with a Jinx behind her and people focus shyvana hah Stuff like that happens a lot.

Everyone wants to play mid and carry, and if they can't, they either whine about it until the team gives in, or they just take their assassin/mage champ to top or bot lane and try to carry from there.

Fukugen1 votesYou are in ELO HELL, your teamamates don't know how to play the game. If you don't belong there, you have to play carry junglers, just demolish the enemy team. You will win more than you lose and climb. You are in Bronze, don't expect your team to understand teamfights or anything about the game.
ccseancc1431 votesThis is what you do. Step 1: Pick a champ that can carry that doesnt get banned often. ex. Vayne, Talon, Step 2: Get good with them Step 3: Carry yourself out of silver/bronze Step 4: In gold play your champs you like cause players aren't retards.
