Champion Turning into a Gold Statue Thingy

Sorry I'm EXTREMELY new to this game, even though I'm on level 10 I think, and recently in the Poro King Mode I noticed that the other summoners' champs would turn into these gold thingys with a halo thingy on top. It's useful, I know, especially for ganks, is that what they're called(?) and ults like Karthus' I'm sure.

I've been googling and trying many ways to figure out how to do this and I've checked the forums and I've tried to post a thread, but it wouldn't let me. Help please? How do you do that?

And for future reference, where would I go to learn things like these on the site? Because I couldn't any of this info. Thank you in advance!

It's a mage item called Zhyona's Hourglass item 3157

Yeah, Zhonya's Hourglass is an item that when activated causes something called stasis. This causes the champion to be untargetable and unable to use abilities for a few moments. This stasis allows the summoner to have time to think on a quick decision before they die or prevent themselves from dying.

zhonya's hourglass its an item with an active component. kinda like a summoner spell you buy in game

it's because the Poro King infuses them with Jesus. Jesus will make you immune to death itself.

Its an Item called "Zhyonas hourglass" When activated, it causes the user to become Invincible and immobile for 3 seconds, its usually used on magic champions ( Akali Fizz Ahri ) and it gives a large ammount of armour and ability power, I hope you're enjoying the game so far ;)
