Can someone give me advice on how to stay calm for a losing game?

So currently I am Silver 2, and just yesterday I was at 100 LP lost my promos to Silver 1, and by then I was tilted. For every single game after I lost my promos I couldn't keep my mouth shut. For every single game even if the score was like 9-12 which is something that can be comeback from easily I still was done with it I didn't wanna play anymore, I felt like afking/leaving or just plain feeding. I understand I am quite toxic and I understand the mistakes I make in games but I just can't control this infuriated rage in me.

Ive been in promos to Silver 1 for many over 4 times.

Feedback/Advice needed please.

FIGHT LIKE HELL!!!! SCREW CALM

but it is better than being angry about a loss. Try finding some funny pictures, you might find some in the Memes and Games section, or preferrably leaguememe.com. I also take a chat break with my friends, but never tell them about how bad my game was, just a normal chat to relax.

Quitting League for the day and coming back tomorrow isn't a bad thing, you can get more hw done that way, or finish some anime/manga

Leave, do something else, come back after calmed down. Analyze the game you just had. What went wrong? What could have happened to prevent this from happening in the future? Keep a log of this for future reference.

If you get angry during a game then feel free to yell and scream. Call your team idiots. Do whatever you need to do. JUST DON'T TYPE IT IN CHAT. Its far better to let it out cursing at your computer screen then risk getting a ban.

Whenever I lose a ranked game I take a break. Very few people play better when they are emotional. If you want a positive way to channel your anger try turning it into exercise. Just keep doing push ups or curling weights until you're tired and not angry anymore. That way no only do you get rid of your anger but you'll be in better shape because of it.

There are emotional limitations on climbing elo. Once you are on tilt do something else, maybe even hold off until the next day. Try doing a normal which will be easier and remind you of that great feeling of winning.

Never rage in game or even talk to teammates outside of an occasional good job. Complain out-loud instead of typing, mute everyone and just respond to pings. I went through a similar struggle. Losing streaks are really bad, but often followed by winning streaks if you just keep your play consistently good.

Think about it this way every game good or bad is experience. Emotional state in anything you do is something you need to maintain control over. Typing at people ultimately is just going to make them harder to play with. Sometimes you just gotta grit your teeth and focus on your own gameplay. There was a point I was stuck in silver 1 getting a series every single day, sometimes twice. At that point I had maybe 3 rune pages and latent moba skill but compared to the point im at right now I would consider myself shitty at that time. Now I have 20 rune pages, a plat account, a gold account that I use to boost my friends, and ive played on a friends account to boost them to gold for the second season in a row so I know what silver is like. Some of it is bad match making but ultimately like anything you do in life you gotta figure it out for yourself.
