TL;DR- 9/21/0 flash tp renekton against 29/0/1 heal ignite teemo. How do I win? (not including ganks) Got zoned pre-six super hard.

Recently played against teemo top. Of all the teemos I've gone against in ranked (platinum 2 currently) I have never really lost in this matchup until now. I went 9/21/0 with ad quints and armor pen marks along with flash/tp. Game loads in and teemo has ignite and heal. Honestly I could not do anything in lane and played passively since I know the only time I can trade is when I hit level 3, but I literally could not do anything because of how hard he zoned me from minions. Even though my jungler successfully ganked teemo twice, I was not able to recover from the amount of cs that I lost. Looking back at it now, I think taking the tower early probably would have helped me out a lot but the teemo did exceptionally well. I even built spirit visage but by that time my tower was lost. How do I maintain equal cs while being harassed and zoned so heavily? I tried to get in some trades with a e-aa-w-aa-q-aa-e out but the damage teemo did was so immense.

I mainly use Garen in top, and I can say that Teemo is annoying, but not impossible, for him. As for Renekton, I say try to heal up when you can, either with Q or lots of pots.

I would rush Hexdrinker against Teemo for a buffer-zone against his heavy magic damage. Try not to trade with Teemo while there are lots of enemy minions around, either, as their damage hurts early on as well. Was his Q (his blind) keeping you from hitting with your W? Wait for it to be wasted in the name of damage or keeping you from that one CS, then go in on him.

Other than that, maybe this Teemo just knew how to deal with Renekton.

With Renekton, I'm not sure what a good strategy would be other than turtling and/or building MR items. AD melee champs like Garen and Nasus do have abilities that can dish out damage without being stopped by a blind. Would a lane swap have been viable? That might not allow you to keep up in cs, but it could help to prevent Teemo from snowballing early.

Honestly I will usually pick Teemo when the enemy has locked in Renekton. The only way I've lost this was from jungle pressure constantly. The heal ignite summoner's should give you the heads up that he's committed to fighting. Just go to jungle and help your jungler out during the early game until your turret is pushed since they can use the tanking. Pushing will only work with an ally there to share his blind dart shots

you're renekton get level 3 have 100 fury Go all in. W does like 100+ damage ignite does like 80+ damage Rest is auto's Q flash when he flashes. E auto to finish then E back out from under tower

I mean he's literally that broken. Teemos base hp is disgustingly low. Theres no reason you can't all in.

Teemo no flash seems like a junlgers dream pre 6.
