Scaling vs Flat Runes: What you need to know
Everyone is always asking me about my rune pages and how to know what to do with each rune, so I'm posting this to help some people with it. If you want more help with runes, let me know.
When does Scaling beat Flat Runes?
- Assassins
On all the assassin champions your not going all in until you have your ultimate at level 6 anyways, so if the Scaling runes catch up with the Flat runes by then, WHY NOT TAKE SCALING. Your receiving free stats.
- Playstyle
If your a super passive lane opponent, and don't go aggressive until you have a big ticket item, you'll probably be a 6-8 by then. Probably don't need the flat stats at level one if your staying safe and not going hyper aggressive
- Your matchup
If your going against a champion that doesn't deal damage early, why not get scaling? By the time they deal damage you'll have scaled up to the flat stats and be receiving free stats once again.
