Looking for mentor

I am Ariyaku, I've been playing for about a year now. Looking for someone who can teach me how to be a better overall player. I've been in s1 close to gold 3 times and then go on major tilt. Clearly it's me if this keeps happening to me. I main support/ADC. Would like to switch to SUP/jng My main goal for this season is to get to gold. Then again the sky is the limit right? I am definitely willing to put in the work and take advice. This game is fun and I love it. It would be even more fun if I could learn to pwn and learn to pick the other team apart.
