How to Fix Your MMR
I've been winning most games... Yet I'm still in elo hell. Im about to get to my promos but i get the bad team at the last moment.
They like troll and feed.

theres just too many ways to put it if I were to talk about winning games in general.... but ima talk about 2 technical tips rather than how to carry and all that complex and meaningless arguments
- dodge if you really think you got some trolls in pick/ban phase; most people don't know this but dodging wont affect your mmr. so other than the fact that you might hav to wait another 30 mins or something if you repeatedly dodge, theres really nothing else negative about it.
- don't duo period. duoing makes you to que up with 3 other teammates whose mmrs are below the average of the duo. If you wanna have fun, duo sure why not. but if you wanna win games.. its highly likely to lose games if you duo.
