Hawaii here, ranked adc is about unplayable at a competitive level....

went from 90+ to 20, people acting like 80 is unplayable are insane.
Went from 45-55 to 85-95. It really isn't that bad except for lag spikes which have always been going on.
Went from 7 to 68 and now frequently just don't connect to game with everyone showing 100%.
Went from 220 to 170.
100-1000 to 58-325. Just beautiful :D
80-90 to 40-50.
I've even played at 150 ping. It's not that bad.
I went from 15 to 75. Totally unplayable after being on the same latency since beta. I can't play anymore. Totally ruined the game for me.
Went from 60-80 to a constant 84. The consistency matters more than the actual number. Ping spikes seem to be much less frequent and most importantly, shorter (seconds vs minutes-entire games)
From 90-95 to 45.
