Lee sin's Q range, without "range indicator"

Can someone tell me how that guys on streams can see range of q sometimes, because they use just quick cast, they dont use "range indicator", just quick cast. Thank u all, btw. In link u all can see what i mean, when he predict enemy next move to use Q.
