Akali or Ahri (Can't Decide)

I"m about to get 4800 Ip and am wondering on who to get. I like both play styles but can only get one at the moment, any tips?Ahri or Akali

While Ahri is viable on every team comp, she can be very hard to play if you can't land skillshots. Akali tends to roam better with higher damage.

Explained it perfectly, thanks :). Akali also has a form of escape with her W, which is an Aoe "cover". You are invisible to enemies while inside the cover, and also move faster, while enemies are slowed. However, like most stealth, this is countered by a pink ward, so it can be unreliable.

Akali is trash tier after the nerfs. Though I do not want to promote freelo abusing, Ahri is way better.
