the most common thing I see is runes and masteries.
checking out yours, you should change a few things. the mastery page for thresh for example, going 0/0/30 isn't that good. reason being is that you get poked down much easier than you should otherwise with thresh and even more so since the lane is 2v2. you can put more points into the defense tree to improve that.
another thing to note is your thresh rune page. don't use gold generating runes as they aren't that effective. supports are often meant to be fairly effective with few to no items. that page is also a copy of your support page really so you can use it to make a completely different page.
the support annie mastery page isn't so effective as even with annie support, your main goal is damage. annie support is a kill lane, and if you are playing her for the stun, there are other supports for that. basically, stick to the annie damage mastery page even while playing annie support as your main goal is to poke the other laners down or kill them ( you kill or your adc). only thing about the damage annie page to make it more into a support annie page would be to remove feast and butcher as you won't make use of them.
that's basically a very quick look at your runes and masteries, and I also would offer more help, but I've been having a massive problem with my wifi lately (it's on and off the problems and I don't know when they happen until they are happening). if you want, I can try to watch you sometime and see where you need improvement.
