Honestly, just go play a lot of norms for a while. Get better. Learn to make play calls, play a jungler, and carry your team. First season I played ranked I went from Bronze 4'ish to Silver 2. Carrying out of bronze is very possible.

I'm not the most qualified to give advice, but try some of these things out. Maybe someone else can verify/shoot down what I'm saying here.

  1. Bronze is characterized by a lack of knowledge concerning complex plays. For example, here are some things that you probably won't see in Bronze:
  • A coordinated 1 3 1 or 1 4 split push.
  • Siege oriented gameplay. This is because it requires a higher level of foresight and a good understanding of how an opponent will react. Bronze games usually revolve around teamfights and objectives because this type of gameplay is extremely straightforward. (Let's fight. We won. Okay let's get something.) Because of this, Bronze play revolves significantly around the early game and are very snowbally, as a Bronze team's knowledge of comeback-mechanics is typically limited. TL;DR for 1): Bronze games snowball from the early game. Perform well in the early game, and translate this power to other lanes, and snowball them too.
  1. Contrary to what a lot of people say, teamwork is essential in Bronze as much as it is outside of it. How it looks, however, is a little different. While solo-carrying is possible, working with your team is easier. Even if the call is a bad one, it might still work if everyone is in on it. Consider this:
  • Suppose you had a top lane Malphite that build flat movement speed. He screams "GO IN!" and then proceeds to ult in and miss everyone except their support. If the team doesn't follow up, then Malphite will die, and you'll be in a 4v5, and will probably lose the next team fight. However, if you guys all go in, then the teamfight will at least be 5 v 5 and Malphite will at least be a (small) meatshield. Even though it was a bad call, it might just work!
  1. This one is about mindset, and is, in my opinion, the most important thing for all players, not just the players in Bronze. And it'll sound weird.
  • Don't play to win. Play to learn and get better. If you're 100% focused on winning, then you might not get that much better. As you play to learn, you'll improve, and then wins will come automagically.
  • If you were playing to win, you might lose lane and say, "Oh I lost lane because I screwed up and made a mistake.", and that's a very arrogant thing to say, because that's intrinsically saying to yourself, "I was better, but I just didn't do my best." And while that might be true, it usually isn't. A great thing to be able to say is "Yah, I might have screwed up, but I actually lost lane because my opponent was better than I was." Then, you can look at what they did differently, and how that applies to how you play, and you'll get better.

I hope this helps. (Although it might not =/)

Farm- It is not easy to farm when your enemy is pushing your tower and as all of you know farming under tower is something really hard.

Actually farming under the turret isn't really that hard, 2 turret hits per melee with an auto and auto turret auto for casters, it's also super safe. Also in B5 when they do shove your turret they're just spamming abilities and missing all their CS.
