Auto spell auto. Always do this. ALWAYS do this.
Idk about gnar and kennen, since I dont really see them often. For fizz, you can watch SHR Corn games or Bjergsen playthroughs to see how to play him.

1. WARD. -Wards are incredibly helpful. The more wards the better.
2. MAP AWARENESS. -Know where your team is as well as the enemy. Realize when your team needs your help.
3. FOCUS. -For the love of all things Holy, FOCUS. Focus ADC FIRST. Or if they suck, keep them in your mind, but focus on the player who easily shreds your teammates.
4. GANK. -Remember to watch other lanes. If you see a lane struggling, try coordinating with that lane for a gank. For a better result, ask for jungler help too.
5. PING. -Pinging can greatly affect your chances of winning. Pinging is good for MIAs and letting your team know if they should go there, if you need help, etc...
6. TEAMWORK. -Nothing loses a game faster than a team who doesn't work together. Sure there may be a superstar with 30 kills, but it's very unlikely that player can carry a whole team to victory. There's no "I" in teamwork for a reason.
For Fizz, I would suggest using his trickster move to dodge basically any enemy skillshots. Oh, and with Gnar make sure you don't kill all willy-nilly, because the mega gnar thing is seriously awesome but it's hard to time the transformation perfectly. Don't know about the last champion though.
