Junglers?

I don't play jungle. That's what I'm going to just start by saying. I really want to learn how, but I've only jungled twice. Who's a good jungler to start with? I have amumu, nautilus and nidalee in mind. But what are other good junglers to learn? I've jungled MALPHITE in ranked once but idk

Nunu, is good so start with, he can take a dragon early and has no sustain issues, amumu has some of everything in his kit, and has amazing cc

Volibear is pretty good and easy. He doesn't have the fanciest ganks or tactics but there's nothing more satisfying than charging from a bush and watching the opponent panic burn a flash or get flipped. Plus his passive and the amount of health and tankiness is cool.

Xin Zhao is also pretty fun to learn the jungle with. He's got some sustain and can snowball really well. He's not really my go to champ when I play (i'm more of a tanky damage sponge jungler), but when I did use him a few times it was fun.

Nunu is one of the easiest junglers to pick up, and is fairly strong right now.

If there are any junglers worth learning the jungle with, it's Nunu.

Vi, grag, sej, rek, mao, xin... They are all good starts and aren't to hard to jung.

Thanks for all your answers! I'll try out all these junglers once I get appropriate runes for them :)

Aatrox and Udyr are good in solo or ranked teams. Aatrox has lifesteal with W, (so start that shit) so unless you are unbelievably, horrendously awful at jg or league you should be fine if you max it first and be smart about the toggle (keep it on thirst if you're a noob. Figuring out when to use price is the trick to Aatrox). Udyr has sustain with turtle, but only if you time it right, which will definitely take practice. When you start Phoenix(R) on the Dyr, take turtle at 2, then when you take camps, start the flame, proc the next mouth flame (i think it's every fourth attack), then switch to turtle immediately for lifesteal and a shield. Then go back to the flame(R) as soon as it goes off cooldown. Also, build rangers trailblazer if you are unconfident in your jungling prowess. With Udyr, go cinderhulk or warrior depending on the situation and your playstyle (usually i build cinderhulk when I play phoenixDyr, but I've found success with Phoenix/Warrior). And unless you're horribly behind with Aatrox, build Devourers and build stacks as fast as possible. I've outscaled champs with warrior really quick, plus the attack speed is good with W on Aatrox, which is the main reason for building it. Aatrox is a really underrated Jg IMO, and I'm honestly such a huge fan of his clear speed, sustain, split-push ability, and teamfighting power. I've spent a long time playing around with builds and have won games with Aatrox that you would not believe. Have fun!

Shyvana is not a hard champ to play and she's my main atm. She has weak hangs but her abilities aren't hard to use

I like to start whatever side bot is on(unless I'm mana reliant i.e. fiddlesticks, amumu, etc) so that I get a solid leash. Personally, my favorites for jungle are Wukong, Rek'Sai, Volibear, Xin Zhao, and Hecarim. If you're looking for ones with high sustain I suggest Warwick, Xin Zhao, or Olaf.

As far as the smites go; don't take the white one. It needs some serious buffs to be on par with the others. Blue smite is good for if you want to stick to targets, purple is great if you have sustain problems, red allows you to deal true damage to targets if you are a heavy auto-attacking champ. Its of course up to preference in the end, but its good to look into them and know at least the gist of what they do.

On more tip. Try to keep dragon warded. Don't be shy to give gold for a couple pinks. ;)

With your runes i would look in AD junglers. Jungle pages usually are more specialized than what you have for tank. Your AP page could amumu though.

nidalee if you know how to use her she wont have the shitty lane phase also since i asume your doing normals sejuani
