I just noticed that the item sets I create in the client get copied into the recommended item json for each champion. Will editing those jsons directly result in the desired items being shown in the store in play?
At what times do those jsons get overwritten?
They get attributed to every champion if you do not select specific champion(s) for the item set you created to be used on. For instance I made one for Nami/Sona/Janna, but as long as I do not tag these three champions in my item set, my set will be applied to all champions by default (leading to the game recommending me Spellthief start on Garen).
