Volibear Support! Will mostly win you every game!

He gets counterpicked by a lot of meta supports. Morgana with black shield and dark binding completely shuts him down. Alistar denies him every single time while having more engage/sustain/peel. Janna has too much peel for volibear to engage. Taric will just use his stun when voli tries to engage and spam laugh. Even soraka can prevent engages with her E.

Volibear support is mostly viable when people are playing "off-meta" supports themselves. A good support player can usually deny him in the laning phase and then in the teamfight phase volibear will be pretty useless while meta supports have enough utility to drag their team to a win.
