Ok so I have some really good games with my main Darius some I completely suck I think it's because I constantly change my build I can never keep one build without adding to it or scrapping it completely but more recently I went 15/3/13 my build for that game was Giants belt, Dorans Shield, Maw of Malmortius, Ravenous hydra and Mercury's treads I think this might be the only build I will ever stick with so if anyone has suggestions for me msg me 
As long as I am confident enough I always rush Ravenous and go tanky after that, unless I am REALLY confident after laning phase, which then I build 1 more AD item, like a Maw or Black Cleaver.
Darius is one of those champions that you need to build conditionally for, actually.
As a slightly extreme and obvious example, Maw of Malmortius isn't nearly as useful against Heavy AD.
Decide on a core item, one that synergizes with them and will be in any build you make.

The remainder of your kit should be situational. Who you are laning against, who on the enemy team gets fed, what your team needs, whether high damage or lots of tankiness.
I don't get why people constantly take MAW
when you look at it, the schimitar especially for someone like darius is 10 times better
it offers more top end damage, it has better MR, and it gives you a get out of CC every minute
outside of that crap shield that maw gives you, its in no way shape or form better than schimitar any day of the week
No build is locked in, what build works for one game might be horrible for another.
yea but to get to that 95 cap you basically have to be hovering at 1% hp, making the overall benefits of it far less superior than schimitar.
The shield is laughable at best especially when you have 20 more top end AD to sustain better at the start of a fight. I disagree with maw being clutch for a build on him, its an item more suited for people who excel at low HP like Aatrox and Olaf
I never use Maw.. Ever.. it seems pointless.. I build Darius with attack damage overkill in mind with lots of life steal to overcome the squishyness
