Lookin for a mentor

I'm not a new player. I'm relatively new back to the game after a while and to put it blatantly I'm terrible. I feel like I understand most of the concepts but I still end up feeding and being the source of everyone else's rage. I'm looking for somebody nice and patient to play with who can help me improve and show me what I'm doing wrong. I make terrible plays sometimes. I don't want to hear that sucked why would you do that, I want to hear what I could have been doing instead at that time and where to go from there.
