[Question] Properly using Champion.gg

I've taken to using champion.gg to look at builds and mastery/runes for champs these days. However, I don't know if I should

-use the highest win% one versus the most common one, because of the low number of games analyzed for highest win%

Another issue if when I look at highest win% starting items, I often see the biscuits, but the highest win% masteries don't have anything in utility.

What's the most reliable way to use champion.gg as a pseudo-guide with all the different "options" taken into account?
