Help with climbing out of Silver

My biggest downfalls I see are: Unable to jungle, so I'm limited when I'm last pick and forced to jungle. I rage pretty hard (but working on it). I tend to be very toxic when my teammates make a mistake (I'm aware I make mistakes too). I get cocky sometimes and start throwing because I get careless.

I'm basically teeter totting between Silver 4 and 2. Any pointers or tips or coaching to help me get better?
