Rune Page for Shen

I discovered Shen not to long ago. He is so fun to play it's great. So, I decided to make a rune page for him. But I am having some trouble on what I want to make it. So far my thoughts on it are:

For Marks I want x9 +1.7% Attack Speed, which would give me more pushing power in lane, better last hitting under tower, and more procs for my Vorpal Blade.

For seals I can't decide if I want x9 +1.0 Armor or x9 +1.33 per level Scaling Health. Armor just for being tanker against auto attacks and champions who are AD based. But the scaling health for more damage on passive and more healing with is Vorpal Blade.

Then for Glyphs I want just flat x9 +1.3 Magic Resist. I've had some people recommend me x9 -0.83% Cooldown Reduction.

For Quintessence I wanted either the flat x3 +26 Health or the x3 +1.5% Increased Health.

Thoughts?

go with the AS marks, Armor Seals, Scaling MR Glyphs, and Flat HP Quints

As marks wouldn't help you get more vorpal healing, since the mark vorpal leaves gives you a heal over time.

I'd say for red you can get AD or if you want an aggressive Shen page hybrid marks does teh best. For passive farming style you can try /lvl runes for mark as well or bonus %hp Quints.

Or you can just get a full scaling runepage. That's pretty scary on Shen since he can naturally survive the laning phase against most matchups.
