Keep in mind that experience is more valuable than counter picks, matchups, synergy, and that meta stuff. If you know your champion well, you can farm better and choose battles you can win.
Pick a role and request it every game. ADC looks like your best. Pick a main champion that works well if you're an early pick and don't know what you'll face. Choose a couple secondary options for matchups where your main struggles. Maybe 3-4 total choices, not the 6+ you have now. That spreads your play time too thin.
If you don't get ADC, have a couple "sometimes" roles and, again, politely ask for them. Support and Jungle are the least contested, so you can usually get those without complaint. Frankly, though, you need to go back to Teambuilder and practice those. Find a couple champions (3 at most) that you can perform consistently on, if not well.
Currently, you have 20 losses from winless champions, and you're 19 games below even. It feels like you're just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks. If you want to do that, just stick with normal unranked. That's not how you climb.
