How do you play against Veiger?

Please someone tell me, ive had problems with this champ for a long time and im in gold 4. but even if you cc him he has a stun that takes up the entire lane and one shots you. like what do you do? really i wanna know. his ult alone late game does 1000 without stun just the ult itself like good god. i wish riot would atleast make it a skillshot and noot a lock on. I know my grammar and punctuation is bad but i really just wanna know how to play against it. plz comment below.

Tenacity is your friend
Zhonya's is also your friend
QuickSilver Sash is your best friend. Get out of/survive his stun and he'll have a hard time getting his full combo on you
Deny him farm. Keep him underfed and he can't do crap late game. But remember, just like Nasus even if he's underfed/behind early and mid game, if you let him stay in lane and farm while you roam, next time you come back he could stomp all over you.
Mobility is the best counter against him.
Also burst. Burst him before he bursts you

if hes a bad veigar that just puts the ring on you I'd probably just kill him without touching the ring

if he's a good veigar and stuns you on the spot ur fuqing dead, but luckily the cast range is rather short and if he catches you from maximum range.. he would STILL have to take time and walk up to you to land his actual burst you might actually survive if u have merc treads and run out fast nuff

late game... well idk hes meant to kill you bro maybe you can designate an assassin on him spy vs spy shit

summoner 1 item 3140 ... GG...not trolling, i'm high Plat / Diamond i would run it.. Play champs that are mobile. or have untargetables (Fizz)..

Early game you be aggressive [he is notoriously weak early : if he Q's you he isn't Q'ing a minion]. Late game a QSS or Banshees is his counter. Now Veigar is especially strong mid game once he gets his ULT so you either rely on a gank or you roam after clearing a wave.
