Hello everyone, I am Gold III ADC main and i have hit a point where i cannot climb any higher. I recently failed my Gold III > Gold II Series, however i feel my play was relatively solid throughout the games. I win lane in a majority of my games, but i just can't seem to translate that to a win in the game itself. Does anyone have tips for me to improve so i can climb to the higher ranks?

Stop playing ezreal because you cannot control him or play him properly in the late game to carry it (otherwise you wouldnt be stuck) Play graves, Cait, jinx and collect the freelo since they are easy champions that allow for less mechanical missplays and having to think about it instead you worry about positioning,farming, the map, what to do where to go ect.
ezzreal's win rate dips the longer the game go on. I play him when i have to adc but i'm a shitty adc and i just like to play someone who is safe so he is ideal for me. But you being someone who mains adc, you probably should be learning a 'better' adc. You can still win with ezzreal.. but other adc's can carry better than he can. (vayne,jinx,graves,twitch)
Gold is all about your mechanical skill and game sense improving to a higher degree, work on your positioning and finding your 'main champion'.
What worked for me when I was in gold was to play Solo Q hero champions that have the capability of seriously dishing out damage if left unhandled, like Vayne or Ezreal. That or I played safe champions like Cait and just farmed my way to victory.
Based on your match history, your score doesn't seem to stand out so you're not carrying games hard enough to the point where you have alot of kills and become a major threat on your team. Also consider these: Are you grouping up with your team often in the mid-late game where teamfights occur more often? Are you pushing a lane or taking an objective?
You could try improving your lane techniques and team decision making , if you look back in your games you will notice that even when you win a lane vs a hyper carry like jinx, trist or cait , they will still do almost as much damage as you or even more, this game is all about winning your lane hard, I mean getting your self ahead means your team has one advantage over the enemy but if you can get the enemy laner behind by denying him cs through lane freezing/zoning and teleport/jungler assisted tower diving, you get another advantage and if you can do that in duo lane well, that quadruples your advantage .
Punishing your lane opponent that hard isn't always the best way to go, sometimes its just better to abuse your power advantage to siege objectives with your team something that will extend you lead, its up to you to decide what's better, keep in mind that the biggest thing that separates gold silver and bronze from higher tiers is individual and team overall decision making, I mean having a high level of game mechanics is still important but knowing some auto cancelations, dodging a few more skills shots and landing yours a bit more consistently doesn't win you games.
In order to go through gold usually what you want to do is play champions that can control neutral objectives as these tend to be ignored by many gold elo players. I would suggest jinx/cait/trist as they are all great at controling baron,dragon and melting towers from safe range.
