How to play Mordekaiser
I just bought 
and I know build him AP and health. But i have a question about his e. Say if someone is recalling and you can't see them in the bush and you e, does it hit them or does it do nothing?

It will hit them. It's a skill shot, so you don't need vision of them to land the ability. They have to be in the skills range, though.

mordekaiser is a mpen/resistance/CDR tank.
morde has bad ap ratio, his ghost is highly dependant with mpen. because if you ghost the ennemy adc, his damage will become magic, and ap is useless for ghost.
why health ? morde is all about his shield and it's fixed amount, he need resistance to increase artificially the shield....
due to his bad ap ratio and "infinite mana" he need cdr so he can spam his spells.
lolz morde ap health champion, that's why you keep seeing morde is shît.
morde final build is wota/sorcerer boot/abyssal scepter/liandry/zhonya/thornmail with hp/lvl in yellow, CDR/lvl for quint and mr and cdr for blue. mpen in red.
You can check if someone is in bush by looking at your shield bar. If your shield bar increase when you E in bush, then there is definitely someone in there.
Thank you guys for telling me more information about Mordekaiser! I tried him AP tank, it's kinda good but the cdr became a problem.
