Can Quinn...
Can Quinn dodge for e.g. Caitlyn ult with her transformation during ult? If so is it possible with Karthus ult etc.

Don't think so. Her ult doesn't have that effect. Although from what I've seen and experienced, there is like a split second of untargetablilty when you activate her E (although it doesn't last for the whole jump). I've seen a video where a Quinn dodged a Jinx ult with it, and I accidentally canceled a Zed ult with it
