Flat runes vs. Scaling runes (Top Lane)
I play Top alot and i was wondering which runes are more viable. Flat Armor seals or Scaling armor. same goes for MR glyphs. does it depend on matchup or is 1 definitely better than the other?

I personally think flat > scaling unless this is a stat you know you won't be using until the laning phase is over (for instance if their top laner deals only or mostly physical damage, you might want to go with scaling MR glyphs because you likely won't be encountering magic damage until you leave your lane), the mean reason being that flat offers you more early game where runes and masteries matter the most. Mid and late game, it's about your items, not your runes.
