Vayne, Lucian, Rumble in Aram?

So I have an ARAM account. It started as a smurf to play with a friend, and afterwards I didn't know what to do with it so I just bought champions that I liked to play in ARAM.

I have: ashe, blitz, brand, caitlyn, corki, dr mundo, ezreal, jinx, lulu, lux, miss fortune, nidalee, olaf, sivir, soraka, teemo, varus, ziggs

Now I'm looking for new champs to buy, and I'm trying to not make a mistake and buy a champ I'd just not want to play.

Some champions I know are good in ARAM but I just don't enjoy playing are: master yi, fiora, fiddlesticks, xerath, sona, janna, kogmaw, heimer, velkoz, karthus, sion, zyra, annie, nami, swain, maokai, etc. So I didn't/won't buy them.

Anyway, 3 champs that look interesting to me are: Vayne, Lucian, Rumble.

Now, tier lists and people typically rank them low. According to people Vayne has no poke, Lucian has awkward poke, Rumble has short range.

But it's always to be taken with a grain of salt. For example, one of my favorite ARAM champ is 40% CDR Olaf, and he's considered low tier. So some champs can work in fun ways.

Before buying any, I'd like opinions on those 3 champs in ARAM, if/how they can work, and any opinion on other champs.
