Follow the ping

Fellow gold players and other low elo, or people who just don't do what I'm about to talk about: Follow that ping. When you are getting chased or dueling someone or w/e it is, and someone pings one spot a million times that is on your way, that probably means that person wants you to go there so he can better and faster assist you and make a play. Don't just ignore pings thinking they don't mean anything, or people are doubting your talent. Pings are there because they are literally our only way of communicating without typing. So start paying attention, and using them :)

My example, when my top laner is starts duelling the enemy top laner, and is losing, and I'm on my way to save him and I ping a tribush a million times for him to run there because I know their top laner is going to chase, that means you should go there so I can get there faster and make it a 2v1 kill. But you ignored my ping, so now you are 1v1ing the entire time before I get there, die as I get there to gank, and now it's a 1v1 again with their fed top laner who is either running so I cannot catch them, or is going to win my fight as well, so now I have to leave, thus wasting time and giving them gold and pressure.

This is not limited to top, I just had that happen and that's why I felt like making this thread. I can't tell you enough how often this happens to me where I spam a spot with ping for someone to go to, but they ignore me and a potential play was lost. Don't get me wrong, some people are great at listening to me and we make all kinds of great plays, but there is that selection of people who are just too stubborn or want to be the solo q superstar and throw a potential play, and it makes me very sad.

My suggestion to Riot on this, like it has been suggested elsewhere, update the ping system so we have more options, like "Go here or you die", or just "Go here" lol. Anyway, just my thoughts on the subject.
