You're wanting plat+ advice, but you don't even do things a Silver player could tell you. You want to know what wins games? Vision and objective control.
I would stop playing Draven and Blitzcrank in general because Draven is in my opinion too high risk for too low reward and Blitzcrank simply is useless if your team is really behind and not a flexible support.
Your farm for laning is super low so get better at last hitting.
Why are you building Cinderhulk on Gragas and not building a single item that builds health so you are taking 0 use of the 25% bonus hp. It is a pretty greedy way to play jungle Gragas just build tank you will be more useful that way if you are going to go Cinderhulk.
In your ranked statistics you don't have any of your most played champs with KDAs that reach 3:1 so either you get caught and die all the time or you are over aggressive.

Blitz is kind of only useful in certain comps. Why not play
