I'm not high elo, I was gold 4 peak in S4 but decayed to silver 2 as a Kat main. A couple of tips is to max W vs Zed instead of Q, the extra AS might save your arse from his ult dmg if u need to move away from his harass. And you can also harass a lot more with it, block his Q then just walk up to him and spam your W. You will see that maxing W vs most melee champs is the way to go.
