Tips on getting better?

Well I'm bronze 2 and it's gonna be hard to get out so I was wondering on what I can do to get better. Warding is a problem for me I either ward wrong or I don't really remind myself to ward. Also farming is sometimes an issue. Another issue is dealing with an enemy whose very fed, how do I avoid dying by someone whose fed enough to melt me? Overall I would like a good understanding of how to exactly win more matches and would grinding be a good option or perhaps specializing in a role or a champion? Much help appreciated

Wards: Play a bot game, and rush item 2045. Get a bunch of the green and pink wards too. Always keep a pink in dragon or in baron. You can place wards over walls, all it takes is a little practice. Anytime you're chasing someone, or running away, drop a ward in every bush you go thru. With tons of practice, it'll become second nature.

Vs Fed: Play passive. Make the game boring for them, until they mess up. Check what gear they have, and build defensively against that. Ask for help, and never 1v1. You can get a custom game, and feed feed feed, then practice strategies.

Grinding/Specializing: Do both. Pick your favorite roll and champ, and play 20 games with them. Then 20 more. However long it takes for you to sling abilities without thinking about it. Google your champ/role and look at builds and strats across multiple sites. There are even lots of maps showing 'where to ward and when, etc'. When you feel like a champ is unbeatable, play that champ. Learn their kit, and you'll find it easier to counter them.

Ask people for help/advice in your games. You're going to get a lot of assholes, but just ignore them. Even some of the meanest people are eager to share their knowledge.

Practice practice practice! Then do some research, and practice some more!

I can tell you have a lot to learn. For starters learn the range, cooldown and damage of enemy spells and factor in what their level is and what kind of items they have vs where your sitting in the game. Use that to guage how to play against someone, sometimes running away isn't the best option. Its a good thing to have your go to for each lane especially when you don't have tons of rune pages and champs. You should increase your champion pool picking champions who complement your current runes. Another big thing for me is updating masteries, don't go into a game with 10% reduced damage from crits when they have a kalista and 4 aoe ap when you could take the mr and reduced aoe damage. tweak them every game to get the utmost out of them for that game. With any role you play have a plan before the game of what kind of stats you need to give you the highest chance of victory. To me aside from personal skill having the most complete set up for my character is the next best way to keep winning.
