How to Improve

Heyo LoL board sorta new here so i just wanted to ask a few questions on how to get better. Currently i am a gold 2 player (climbed b5 to p5 last season) and right now things are going a bit downhill. I mainly play adc currently but sometimes i like going jungle and support. Well anyways straight to the point. Whenever i do lose i often notice a pattern like hard tilting and people giving up and i try my best to keep up the morale but people give up too early and we end up losing. I want to know how to avoid this hard tilting and keep my teams head straight but if there's no real answer i guess hard work and luck will get me through the ladder.
