LP and RNG

Riot, your recent patch is trash. You had to been high when designing this patch I was climbing before the new items, but now i have to relearn the entire game again. And now the game feels even like rng. Also I'm losing 25 lp and gaining 2 lp or 0 in 4th place. 3rd place i gained 11 lp. So what im not allowed to climb now? Then why should i play your game if you are just gonna gimp me?
