Sorry but the change u guys did works like your balance in league or your report system.

Since this chance was added i play basically 10 times more often against the same enemy in row as i did before . Can you fix this pls?

They fixed it already, don't you remember? Oh right, it was fixed like so much other stuff in TFT (still buggy as heck).
