Pantheon is Peak on 75% Banrate in Korean Master/Challenger.

The rework made him a lot stronger in the hands of competent people. His burst is better, he has crazy movement speed and for the burst he has he also has great cc and defensive capacity while his ult makes him essentially a bruiser version of nocturne.

Ironically youmuus and spear of shojin complement his guerrilla style rather well.
