bug Item replacements when a champ is picked on caracel and combines to make t2/3

Bug just happened when a player picked a draven from caracel with a tear on it. when loaded back to board the t1 draven the player had that had bloodthirster, rapid fire cannon, and guinsoo rageblade now became a t2 draven with rageblade, rapid fire cannon, and tear causing the player to lose bc the t1 draven with bloodthirster did alot more dmg.

plz fix it to when a T1 character merges to become a t2 character it removes all items or when caracel units come back the item instantly removes itself to inventory. thanks!
