[Gameplay] Teemo Q doesn't stop Voli Q
Idk if it was a bug before or not but I have used Teemo's blind to stop volibear from flipping me previous to the last few patches. Just played against a volibear and couldn't stop his flip every time.

The blind only effects auto attacks, not skills.
Teemo's Q hasn't been changed for a while, neither has Voli's Q. What you are experiencing might be a bug due to some rune maybe?
