Garen can move during his ult when 3 star (like he could before the patch at 1 star)

if you mean a different ability, riot have plans of re releasing champions using skins and diff ults

ex : we could see Yasuo using project skin with windwall instant of his Q.

i dont have the source of this statement but i am pretty sure somebody here have it

thats awesome. tho some units wont have much in terms of variation, itll still be cool.
