So enemy has TWO 2-star champs in my FIRST MATCH but I cant upgrade Twisted Fate for 20 games?

This is definitely getting old. Especially considering people are typically loading into fighting minions or past the point they can pick a champ. When I get loaded into the champ screen, it's at the end. One or two people have a champ, the rest are frozen.
