Move never miss to Sword of the Divine?

Currently Rapid Fire Cannon gives never miss on top of doubling your character's range. The double range is already a very good passive for many characters and basically makes the item a must buy for any hypercarry build while also countering PD and Yordles.

Sword of the Divine however has a mediocre and random passive, that if you're against Phantom Dancer has a chance of making your character useless if the passive ever even goes off.
