Petition to let you see character ability stats outside of game

Basically, I would like it if I didn't have to go onto the wiki to see what each ability did besides an overview and a video on the description. I would like to see numbers, scalings, and details like if it's an auto reset or not.

Dota 2 does this and it adds clarity and allows me to understand what each character does WITHOUT having to purchase and play them or research extensively outside of the client (granted dota is a different game and it

makes everyone free, I still think the option to read scalings and base damage as well as mana costs and cds on abilities outside of owning or googling the champion is a good one.)

Any thoughts? any objections?
